Everyone is always asking about daily-driver level rides at Mercedes Motoring. It's not often we have these since our main focus are world-class cars. That said, this car checks a lot of boxes without a big price. It has extremely low miles for a 1976 car with only 94,800 miles. The paint is 100% original, which has become the Holy Grail these days. Even our best cars often have some small section of repaint. We've done a lot of cosmetic and mechanical work, including a complete brake system restoration which is not easy on a W115 chassis. Over $10K invested in mechanics and looks in less than a year. Brand new period correct Michelin tires, too. The main things that make this a daily-driver and not a collector car (for twice the price) are some light rust areas on the lower rear quarter panels (just beginning to show on the paint, but very minimal), along with the front seats being re-stuffed by previous owner which are a bit puffy and over padded. This might be a good thing for you! It also could use paint-less dent removal, something we do all the time here, but had to keep the budget in mind if this is going to fall into the daily-driver price range and condition. We took the exterior completely apart for detailing so we could polish all sections of the paint deeply and evenly. Restored all the bumper and trim when it went back together. Sewed up a beautiful set of coco mats including the rear package tray. I could go on and on. Someone should swoop this one fast for $17,500. It's in Prescott, Arizona at our sister location.
